Content
The seminar is open to all skill levels. Mr. Harris generally starts
his seminars with more basic techniques to get everyone on the same
page and then continues on to more advanced material off of these
moves. This allows students of all levels the chance to come away with
a great deal of information regardless of skill.
The primary seminar topic is escapes from the bottom. There
will be a time for question & answer, which do not have to be
BJJ
related. A limited number of private lesson appointments are available,
which will fill up quickly. Please contact me if you are
interested.
