I want to thank all of my students who participated in the intense training to help get us ready. It definitely would have been quite different without your help. I know that others wanted to come out to support us but could not make it. A big shout of appreciation to Dan and Mark and Adam's Mom :) who were there.

Congratulations to Chris Corkhill on his recent promotion to purple belt! Chris has been training for several years and came to me as a solid blue belt. Over the past year and half he has sharpened his technical skills and is very tough when rolling, especially for an old man :)

Congratulations to Cedric Gaddis on his recent performance in The Good Fight North Carolina Grappling Open. In his first competition he took 4th place and 1st place in the adult white belt divisions, no-gi and gi respectively.
