As an instructor my goal is to help my students progress in their journey in BJJ. I've been teaching BJJ now for over ten years and have had a few hundred students through my doors, whether for one class or for many years of classes. I say this because I am looking back over the years, thinking about where I started as an instructor and where I am now.
